Our program is designed to increase speed, strength and agility. We take a holistic approach when it comes to training and developing our athletes, with the main goals being to build resiliency and minimize fatigue/injury during performance. We do so through reactive agility drills, max velocity sprints and intentional strength training that allows athletes to improve mobility while simultaneously increasing their strength.

 

Dates: July 5 – August 19

Days: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Location: Eastlake High School Weight Room

Costs: 7 Weeks ($215) | 6 Weeks ($185) | 5 Weeks ($155)
